Accountant & Finance Officer – F&B
CHUMS Dessert & Coffee is looking for an experienced and organized Accountant & Finance Officer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our branches and providing clear financial reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily sales reconciliation for all branches
- Reconcile POS sales with cash, card payments and delivery platforms
- Bank reconciliation
- Record and monitor company expenses
- Manage supplier invoices and payment schedules
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation
- Maintain VAT records and support VAT filing
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports for each branch
- Monitor food cost, operating expenses and branch performance
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management
- Coordinate with Operations and Procurement regarding costs, invoices and stock-related issues
Requirements:
- Previous accounting experience in the UAE
- Experience in restaurants, cafés or F&B is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Good understanding of bank reconciliation, P&L and expense control
- Strong attention to detail
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work independently and report directly to management
Job Details:
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month, depending on experience
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Candidates with previous multi-branch F&B accounting experience will be given priority.
