Royal Schiphol Group

Schiphol has been a home for world travellers for more than 100 years. Whether you are travelling to a distant holiday destination or flying to that promising business relation, the adventure begins with us. Schiphol is also the place where you come home. Where you embrace your loved ones again and where your family is waiting for you. And we're proud of that. Every day, thousands of people work at Schiphol to make the Netherlands a better place. A small country that dares to think big and looks ahead and upwards to a better future. By continuously working on innovation and improvement, Schiphol keeps the Netherlands moving and directly and indirectly provides thousands of jobs and opportunities for people. For over a century, we have been a hub for travellers and goods, and a lasting cornerstone of the Dutch economy. With our regional network of airports, we make air travel possible for all Dutch citizens, from Maastricht to Lelystad and from Eindhoven to Rotterdam. We connect our country with the rest of the world. Through our extensive network of 301 European and intercontinental destinations, we stimulate international trade, bring cultures together and promote the exchange of knowledge. We do this together with our partners including airlines, ground handlers, Customs, the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, governments, air traffic control and many other important stakeholders. It is our ambition to be among the very best airports in Europe. This means delivering high quality in areas that are crucial to our airport — excellent service and facilities for our travellers, a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, and a stable network with direct connections to the rest of the world — in balance with our environment and society.
