Collection Manager Location: Mohandisin, Giza Company: Leading Cosmeceutical Company A leading cosmeceutical company based in Giza is looking to hire a Collection Manager to lead and manage the company's collection activities, ensure timely receivables, and improve cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships. ((Key Responsibilities)) - Develop and implement collection strategies and policies. - Monitor customers' outstanding balances and collection performance. - Lead and coach the collection team to achieve targets. - Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve collection issues. - Prepare collection reports, aging analysis, and action plans. - Ensure compliance with company policies and credit procedures. - Minimize overdue accounts and bad debts. ((Qualifications)) - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in collections, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Cosmeceutical companies is preferred. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
