Preventive maintenance is at the core of our approach. Through continuous engineering supervision, structured maintenance programs and contractor control, we work to reduce operational risks and unexpected failures, extend equipment lifespan, optimize costs and protect long-term asset value. Our operations are supported by a CMMS platform for asset management, preventive maintenance, work orders and performance monitoring, together with a dedicated resident mobile application enhancing communication and transparency. Keep Property operates in alignment with internationally recognized management standards and is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 41001 for Facility Management. Today, Keep Property manages over 500,000 sqm of properties $35M budgets, upported by a team of 100+ professionals, with a commitment to reliability, transparency, safety and service excellence.
