We’re Hiring: Content Creator & Social Media Specialist We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is for someone who understands social media beyond simply posting content — someone who can identify opportunities, develop ideas from scratch, turn them into strong concepts, and bring them to life through high-quality photo and video production. Key Responsibilities: * Develop original content ideas aligned with the brand and marketing objectives. * Research social media trends, competitors, audiences, and emerging content formats. * Create strong hooks, concepts, storylines, and video scripts. * Develop content ideas specifically suited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. * Plan and execute content shoots from concept to production. * Shoot high-quality photo and video content when required. * Understand framing, composition, lighting, camera angles, and visual storytelling. * Create content that is designed to capture attention and encourage engagement. * Adapt content ideas to different platforms and audience behaviors. * Write engaging captions and support the development of social media content calendars. * Maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice. * Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, creators, and viral content. * Monitor basic content performance and use insights to improve future ideas. * Be comfortable appearing on camera when required. * Collaborate with the marketing team to turn business objectives into creative social content. Requirements: * 2+ years of proven experience in content creation and social media. * Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form content. * Strong creative thinking and idea-generation skills. * Ability to create engaging hooks, concepts, and scripts from scratch. * Good understanding of shooting, framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling. * Hands-on experience producing photo and video content. * Strong awareness of social media trends and audience behavior. * Ability to understand what makes content engaging, shareable, and platform-friendly. * Ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table. * Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. * Comfortable appearing on camera when required. * A portfolio showcasing previous content and social media work is required.
