The journey started in 1999, when Hussein Al Abdallah
opened Al Abdallah Resto in Zibdine, Nabatieh. Our
distinctive recipes and our homemade signature spicy sauce
hit instant success, with people constantly waiting in line
for their order. In 2004, due to high demand and to be able
to satisfy everyone in a time efficient manner, Al Abdallah
restaurant went from being a small place to a big restaurant
in the same street.
In 2010, after continuous success, competitors started to
imitate not only our concept, but even our name. In 2013, Al
Abdallah opened a new branch in Tyre with a big terrace. We
made sure that with every step forward, the quality, service
and experience were perfected further.
In 2016, Al Abdallah opened a new branch in Beirut, on Al
Sayed Hadi highway. In the same year, we received the ISO
22000 certification for Food Safety Management System. We
later opened new branches in Chtaura, Chabriha and Riyaq.
With every step forward, Al Abdallah standards are
always being reinvented and improved so customers are
continuously satisfied. For 17 years Al Abdallah brothers
have been serving superior quality chicken to everyone in the
